TKR started as a drum & bass dj in 1998 in Rudolstadt (Thuringia/Germany), where he played at many local parties and sessions in- and outside of thuringia. Inspired by artists like Klute, Total Science and Polar etc, he started producing electronic music in 2001 , especially drum & bass and breakbeatz. Furthermore he made himself a name as a graphic artist under the pseudonym tkr-artworkxxx. In 2003 he moved to Jena where he still lives and works. In winter 2008, he founded the dubstep project Submodulation togehter with Mr. Boogie from Potsdam. His style goes from deep,dark and heavy to soft,spherical atmo-sounds with a little touch of mysticism. At the end of 2009 he started working as A&R for Barish Records.
